Why we're doing this...

It's time to end the stigma associated with periods. One in seven girls admitted that they didn't know what was happening when they started their period and 26% were unsure on what to do. Lil-Lets has launched this informational hub to ignite a conversation between family members and ensure that every girl and parent feels prepared for when it's time to talk!

It's really normal and everyone else is going through it, so you shouldn't feel self-conscious or scared.
